Comedian and vocal Trump critic Rosie O’Donnell is spilling all the tea this week, with brand new details about Donald Trump’s 1993 wedding to his second wife, Marla Maples, including a hot scoop on the guest list for the event and a particular interaction she claims to have witnessed between Donald Trump and the infamous child rapist, Jeffrey Epstein.
Trump’s wedding to Marla Maples, what would turn out to be his second wedding out of three in total so far, took place in 1993 at the Plaza Hotel in New York City, New York, and featured a star-studded guest list well into the hundreds — including the likes of the late O.J. Simpson, radio talk show host Howard Stern, and… You guessed it… The notorious late New York financier, child rapist, and sex trafficker, Jeffrey Epstein, who died by alleged suicide in 2019 while in jail awaiting trial on charges related to his wide-reaching sex trafficking ring.
Epstein’s attendance at Donald Trump’s 1993 wedding to Marla Maples was first exposed back in July of this year, but O’Donnell is coming out with new, particular details now, with her own first-hand account of Trump’s nuptials, and it seems to confirm that Epstein’s attendance was a whole lot more than that of a mere casual acquaintance.
In an episode of an Australian talk show that went live this week, O’Donnell said, “I went there and as [Trump] was walking down the aisle at Trump Plaza – and he had stood her up three times just so you know, this was the fourth wedding attempt.”
“As he was walking down the aisle, he shook hands with every famous person that he saw – not me because I didn’t know the guy at all – but he shook hands with everyone who was there, including Jeffrey Epstein. They’re buddies!”
Both of Donald Trump’s presidential terms have been absolutely plagued by the infamous Epstein Scandal that only seems to grow worse with each passing day, as it seems that a new, damning revelation regarding their past close relationship has become all but a daily occurrence.
O’Donnell told the talk show host that she ended up at the Trump wedding as a “plus one” to a friend of hers who was personally invited to the event. She noted that it was not long after the wedding that she and Donald Trump “had our little feud,” which gained steam in 2006, when Rosie openly criticized Trump on an episode of The View. Over the past 19 years, Donald Trump has repeatedly, publicly attacked the comedian, who moved to Ireland at the beginning of 2025 as a direct result of Trump’s election win.
When the talk show host asked O’Donnell if she’d gotten Donald and Marla a gift for the wedding, she said that she did not, and went on to quip that her favorite part of the entire event was the food.
“We only stayed for the hors d’oeuvres, we thought it was funny, and then we left,” she said. “And then, when he was going off on me in 2007, saying ‘she’s ugly, she’s gay, she’s fat, she’s disgusting,’ I just put a little tweet: ‘I was at your wedding!'”
