The Resistance Report is owned solely by Andrea Thompson, the owner, chief operator, and editor of this site, and is funded entirely through the advertising found on our website. We do not rely on or receive funding from any investors, individuals, or parent companies.

We understand that the ad experience can be frustrating. However, The Resistance Report is a small, grassroots publication and we rely on the revenue from those advertisements to “keep the lights on” and make sure that our small staff is paid fairly for their work.

As our website grows, our ads and the companies we use will always grow and change with us. However, you will never come to The Resistance Report and find this website completely devoid of ads, because we are committed to never relying on the “big guys” to pay the bills here.

So, while you will always find a frustrating ad or two when you visit our site, you can also always know that we are NEVER taking money from some rich guy who’s telling us what we can and cannot do.

The ads can be frustrating and even annoying, but please rest assured that they are a clear representation of our commitment to reporting the truth, no matter what. Because, unlike your bigger publications, there is no one behind a desk cutting our checks and telling us what to report.
