Right-Wing Writer Who Has Accused Drag Queens Of “Grooming” Has Been Arrested On Charges Related To Sickening Acts Against A Child

In a disturbing twist of irony and hypocrisy, a Right-wing writer who has penned pieces for Conservative publications such as The Federalist and The Daily Wire has been arrested on charges of molesting a child under the age of 12 — after having publicly accused drag queens of “grooming” children multiple times.

The Okaloosa Department of Corrections website shows that Aaron Craig Gleason was booked into jail in Okaloosa County, Florida, on the 28th of January and immediately posted bail to the tune of $75,000.

Gleason was charged with lewd lascivious behavior and molestation of a victim under the age of 12.

In a 2023 piece he penned for The Federalist, Gleason wrote a review of Sound Of Freedom, an anti-sex trafficking film that he passionately deemed as a “call to action.”

“It’s about the children — lost, invisible children who suffer in the depths of hell every single day,” he wrote in the 2023 review. “While the rich and powerful try to indoctrinate us with critical race theory and other ideological moralisms, true victims suffer in literal cages and chains.”

Yesterday, The Daily Dot reported that Gleason had been employed at Rocky Bayou Christian School, where he taught the Bible and served as a soccer coach.

In a disturbing email sent to parents from the school, officials with Rocky Bayou Christian School wrote, “I regret to inform you that one of our Middle School teachers was arrested today by local law enforcement officers. The teacher has been on paid administrative leave and off campus for two weeks.”

The email did not name Gleason.

Back in June of 2023, Aaron Craig Gleason quote-tweeted a video of Pride marchers — many of whom were in drag — and openly accused them of “grooming” children.

“We’re here, we’re queer, we’re not going shopping,” the Pride marchers could be heard chanting in the video clip. During one of the chants, a person off camera can be heard saying, “We’re here, we’re queer, we’re coming for your children.”

In his post accompanying the video, Gleason wrote, “No grooming going on here, they’re just coming for our children.”

Gleason penned at least two articles for The Daily Wire, where his author page has since been removed amid the news of his arrest but is still available on The Wayback Machine. As of the time of publishing this article, Gleason’s author page is still live on The Federalist.
