One Conservative CNN host found herself unimpressed and, frankly, furious over the behavior displayed by President Donald Trump and Vice President J.D. Vance and their “disgusting” treatment of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky during their downright humiliating Oval Office meeting with the world leader yesterday that served to leave the entire world shocked.
This morning, CNN host Abby Phillip rolled several clips of Donald Trump and his Vice President J.D. Vance castigating, attacking, and openly threatening the president of war-stricken Ukraine for not groveling in gratitude enough for the help he and his country have received from the US amid the violent Russian invasion into Ukraine.
S.E. Cupp, the conservative host of CNN’s “Battleground,” grew instantly furious as the clips of the Oval Office meeting played before she ultimately went scorched earth on the president and VP’s downright embarrassing tactics that have only served to reignite a fierce wave of support for Ukraine across the United States.
“So this bootlicking performance in the White House by our public servants, our top public servants, acting like they own the place,” Cupp fumed. “This is what it looked like to me: two losers on barstools acting like they own the bar telling anyone who comes in, ‘You’ve got to go through us first and you’ve got to give me some flattery first.'”
“It was disgusting, this is not diplomacy this isn’t foreign policy, this is thuggery,” the Conservative host added. “And I got to tell you, our allies are scared and our enemies are laughing.”
