You know things have reached an all-time low when you’re sitting on our side of the political fence and you find yourself even mildly agreeing with something Marjorie Taylor Greene has to say.
And yet… Here we are…
In case you hadn’t noticed, President Donald Trump has been losing a lot of good graces with some of what once were his staunchest and most loyal MAGA supporters.
It all seems to really boil down to a heady combination of brutal tariff repercussions, the infamous and ongoing Epstein Scandal, and now Donald’s ongoing federal government shutdown that is quickly barreling towards becoming the longest government shutdown in history, as an end to this mess appears to be nowhere in sight.
The combo appears to be slashing support from even Trump’s most devout, as the likes of Tucker Carlson, Laura Loomer, Candace Owens, and now even the infamous Marjorie Taylor Greene are turning their backs on the Republican president and publicly voicing their disdain for the sh*tstorm he’s ignited for the American public.
During a new appearance on The Tim Dillon Show with, you guessed it, comedian and host Tim Dillon, Georgia’s biggest embarrassment, Marjorie Taylor Greene, went no-holds-barred on the guy she once couldn’t get enough of, as she openly torched Donald Trump’s trade policies and his blatantly corrupt attempts to enrich the lives and pad the pockets of his “crypto donors” while actively sh*tting on the very people who voted him into the office that affords him the power to do so.
“And I’m talking to major manufacturing companies that are-, they’re saying we support the president, we support what he’s trying-, his long-term goal. but we’re having problems with these tariffs. And now we’re have problems We can’t get supplies from this country, and we can’t get supplies for this country. And there’s-, there’s problems. But has the, has-, have regular people’s bank accounts been, been affected? Has the stress come off? No, that has not happened yet and that needs to be the major focus,” Greene ferociously argued in the new interview.
“It shouldn’t be about helping your crypto donors, or your AI donors, or welcoming in these people that hated you and spent money to try to beat you, but all of a sudden are excited to come out to the to the new Rose Garden patio. That shouldn’t be the focus.”
“The focus should be the people that showed up at the rallies, stood there for freaking 18 hours trying to get in the rain, in the cold, in the 100 degree heat. for those people, those are the ones that I care about. Those are the ones that voted for not only the president, but every single Republican gave us power. I don’t think those people are being served,” Greene blistered.
Listen, Marjorie Taylor Greene will never find a friend in me. But I’ll be the first to admit that I find deep satisfaction and joy in watching these people finally eat their own.
