It seems that things could be getting a little awkward amongst the Trump family as entertainment tabloids are now reporting that Donald’s dearest daughter Ivanka was spotted at a lavish, “star-studded” party that was thrown by one of her father’s “longtime rivals.”
According to the British entertainment tabloid, The Daily Mail, the eldest Trump daughter, who has largely stayed away from her father’s political limelight following his tumultuous 2020 election loss, was spotted at billionaire Jeff Bezos’ “star-studded Aspen dinner.”
“Ivanka, 43, stunned in a chic western-inspired brown suede dress, fit with a thick boho belt, tall brown leather boots, a tan shearling-lined leather jacket, and a brown leather clutch,” the Conservative outlet reported over the weekend.
The scandalous story was also picked up by entertainment outlet Page Six, which wrote that “the couple appeared in good spirits as they left the celebrity-loved eatery hand-in-hand.”
Billionaire Bezos has long had a rather complicated and turbulent relationship with the 2024 president-elect, as the pair have seemingly never quite been able to decide if they actually like each other or not.
The Amazon founder has recently donated significant funds to the scandal-plagued president-elect’s causes, however, he has been openly and vocally critical of Donald Trump on more than one occasion over the years.
Just last year, SheKnows reported that Donald’s daughter Ivanka and son-in-law Jared Kushner would soon have the Amazon billionaire as a “neighbor,” calling Bezos “one of Donald Trump’s longtime rivals,” at the time of their reporting.
“In case you missed it, Jeff Bezos reportedly purchased a $68 million home located in Indian Creek, which is located in Miami-Dade County. Not only do Ivanka and Kushner live there, but so do celebrities like Tom Brady, and potentially Kim Kardashian,” the tabloid reported last year.
While Bezos and Trump haven’t had any dramatic public rifts recently, it’s relatively safe to assume that the pair isn’t inviting each other to lunch on the regular, considering Donald Trump’s increasingly concerning close relationship with billionaire and frequent Bezos critic Elon Musk these days.
